A Heritage of European Rigour and Innovation
Founded in London in 2019 by Davide Boiardi, Diligize emerged to modernise the private-equity operating model. Early collaborations with Oxford, Stanford, Zurich and Texas produced AI-driven Voice-of Customer and Voice-of Employee platforms, well ahead of modern-day providers.

Davide Boiardi – Founder & Managing Partner
Davide Boiardi is a leading expert in large-scale data acquisition, AI, and analytics, with a decade-long track record advising some of the world’s top private equity funds. Since 2014, he has designed and delivered advanced intelligence platforms that enhance deal sourcing, diligence, and value creation. At Vitruvian Partners, Davide led the architecture and deployment of Leonardo AI—a proprietary system that fuses voice of customer, voice of employee, and news analytics to generate thematic insights and drive data-informed investment decisions. He also developed AI-powered online intelligence and programmatic origination capabilities, embedding scalable data infrastructure into the firm’s investment engine. Previously, as Partner and Group CIO, Trading Floor Technologies, at BGC Partners (NASDAQ: BGCP), he built systemically critical infrastructure that delivered real-time multi-asset pricing—establishing BGC as a leading global provider of market data to platforms like Reuters and Bloomberg. Davide combines deep technical expertise with strategic execution, helping investors unlock and operationalize AI and data-driven edge across the investment lifecycle.
